Bundle of correspondence and related papers concerning King's College property in Cambridge, some relating directly to College, including repairs to the Mitre Tavern, repairs in Old Court and the first letter of approach from the Chancellor about purchasing the Old Schools site, a statement that the lead on Old Court buildings was worth £732.14.0, a general bond for £300 that John Webb be collector of rents, the accounts of an auction of timber in King's College Quarters (Scholars' Piece) in 1819, repairs in Butt's Close, and a summary of the 1831 audit.
