Content and context

Buildings. Plan for additions includes a staircase, which removes the fire objection to lengthening the corrridor. More students' rooms and Lecture-rooms. Mr W.[Waterhouse] estimates the cost of the new buildings at £4800 and we must allow £1200 for additional furniture. With this number of rooms we can do without a new "Gyp-wing". We can have either a wooden or stone staircase, and either sash or casement windows.
