Content and context

This draft document was intended to be a continuation of or supplement to J.W. Clark, Endowments of the University of Cambridge (CUP: Cambridge, 1904). It was compiled intermittently from 1953 by various members of Registry staff and typed up in 1962. Its contents were never finally checked for accuracy and it was not published. Here are two copies: one as typed in 1962, the other as updated thereafter [?to mid 1970s] by D.J. Hall, first at the General Board and later at the University Library.

The emended copy was presented to the University Archives by D.J. Hall on 4 Feb. 2013.
