D.XXVII.1 Assignment for residue of 500 year term by the heirs of Ann Coe, with their trustees and executors, to William Lusher of Cambridge, builder, of leasehold cottages with outhouse in Crutch Alley, Castle Street, adjoining St Peter's Church. Consideration: £273. Recites mortgage by demise for 500 years, 21 April 1664 and subsequent assignments; will of Richard Brewin, devising the leasehold estate to AC and her children, 1785.

Declares: leasehold estate assigned to Richard Brewin for unexpired residue of 500 year term, 8 Sept. 1746; estate bequeathed to Ann, wife of William Coe, and her children, 1785; the cottages known as Crutch Alley, Castle Street, sold as Lot 15, form part of this estate, 1841.
