The parties to the marriage settlement of which this conveyance forms a part are: 1) Maria Elizabeth Prosser of Cambridge, spinster 2) Samuel Beales of the same place, farmer 3) Samuel Coulden of the same place, engraver. The £300 mortgage is held on 10 messuages in Gloucester Street, St Giles' parish, that for £500 on a slaughterhouse with yard, stables and outhouses in Great St Mary's parish.
