The property was late in the possession of Gerard Delahay, grandfather of Gerard Danet. Consideration: £103 6s 8d and any further sum ordered by William Lane, gentleman. By Roger Grauntoft's will, dated 25 Feb. 1527/8, his executor should inherit the estate if his grandson, also called Roger Grauntoft, died before reaching the age of 20.
