A copy of a letter from Sir Richard Woolley to A.D. Thackeray informing him of his altered plans for his visit to South Africa and outlining ways in which he would like to change the method in which the Royal Greenwich Observatory gets material from the Radcliffe telescope via the Cape and the way the R.G.O. uses its time on the telescope.
