Copies of a letter from Sir Richard Woolley stating that he is happy with the Agreement between the Science Research Council and the Radcliffe Trustees, apart from one point, and that it should be possible in the future to combine the positions of Radcliffe Observer and Her Majesty's Astronomer at the Cape of Good Hope. There are two copies of the letter; addressed to Professor Fred Hoyle and to Edgar L. Pilditch, Longbourne, Stevens and Powell. |
