A copy of Porter's script for 'The Night Sky in October' on Orion, Jupiter near the Pleiades, the Hyades and Aldebaran; the occultation of the Pleiades by the Moon, October 1952; the Pleiades (a star cluster), its mythology and the missing Pleiad; the use to which the rising of the Pleiades has been put; and the movement of the cluster as a group, other clusters, and the Hyades at a different distance to Aldebaran.
