| Content and context |
190 x 140 mm. A view of the river, with a rowing boat and five men in the foreground. The Nepean River is in fact part of the Hawkesbury River system, itself over 300 miles long, but its various parts given four different names. When discovered, they were thought to be different rivers and the old names have been retained. |
