163 x 116 mm. A view showing soldiers of the Camerons and Seaforths digging graves. The British Brigade (composed of Royal Warwicks, Lincolns, Seaforths and Camerons) lost five officers and 21 men in the action, the Egyptian Brigade lost 57 men. Mahmoud's losses are estimated at 3000 or more.
