Packham, Queen's Coy. Private H. Tallant, No. 6 Coy. Private M. Allen, No. 8 Coy. Private W. Gallier, No. 6 Coy'. The Nile can be seen in the background. The photograph is stuck on to an album page entitled 'Omdurman'.
