216 x 144 mm. The photograph is a group portrait of the members of the Ceylon War Council. The only figures identified are the Governor of Ceylon, Sir Andrew Caldecott (fourth from the left in the front row) and Brigadier Sir Patrick Alexander Bruce McKerron of the Malayan Civil Service. McKerron was seconded as Political Secretary to the Commander-in-Chief, Ceylon during the Second World War. |
