The port of Cebu. 215 x 167 mm. View looking over the buildings of the town towards the harbour, where sailing vessels are moored. The port is situated on Cebu Island on the Bohol Strait 350 miles south-est of Manila. Founded in 1565 as San Miguel, it was the site of the first permanent Spanish settlement in the Philippines.
