Ramsay, ?. Bottom row - Miss A.N. Duncan (Chuan-Chow 1893-1932), Dr M.E. Bryson (Chuan-Chow 1905-1934).

Further information

This group appears to have been taken on the same steps and near the same time (though from the differing clothes, not the same occasion) as the photograph facing p.390 of Band's Working his purpose out (1948) labelled 'Amoy Council'.
