Prints of various sizes, by various unknown photographers, captioned on the reverse. The prints show views in Batavia (Jakarta), Surabaya, Semerang and Padang. The photographs appear to have come from various sources, prints 1-15 being captioned in one hand, prints 16-24 in another.

21 Protestaantsche Kerk, Semarang. 170 x 120 mm. General view of the Protestant Church on Heerenstraat, with a well in the foreground. The main body of the church is polygonal, capped by an unattractive dome. The main entrance from Heerenstraat is in the form of two towers fronted by a portico.
