Content and context

Chancellor was active in Dublin during the 1880s. Chancellor's studio was at 55 Lower Sackville Street, Dublin.

170 x 225 mm. Taylor was a contemporary of Sir Alexander Swettenhams in Cyprus and Colonial Secretary of the Straits Settlements 1902-1904, Resident General of Federated Malay States 1905-1910.
