255 x 200 mm. A close view of Prince Philip and an unidentified man, who is gesturing at something they are both looking at and which is not in the photograph. They appear to be standing in front of a network of scaffolding, which would suggest this is a scene of building in progress. The print is annotated, in pencil, on the reverse with '24433.'
