Half-length portrait of Paul Lomani Tshibamba, author of the novel Ngandu, which in 1948 won the Prix Littéraire de la Foire Coloniale de Bruxelles. The typewritten caption on the reverse reads 'Voici Paul Lomami Tshibamba, auteur de la nouvelle intitulée 'Ngandu' qui a remporté en 1948 le prix littéraire de la Foire Coloniale de Bruxelles.
Tshibamba, employé de l'administration, vit à Léopoldville.
Ziehier Paul Lomami Tshibamba, de schrijver van de novelle 'Ngandu' welke in 1948 de letterkundige prijs van de Brusselse Koloniale Foor wegkaapte.
Tshibamba, welke bediende bij de administratie is, woont te Leopoldstad'.
