Donald Herbert Simpson was born on 25 November 1920. He was the Librarian of the Royal Commonwealth Society, 1956-1987. He died on 4 November 2002.

Essays, photographs and postcards relating to Malta.

RCMS 62/1a was presented by Donald Simpson, 1966. The rest of the collection was presented by Pauline Simpson, daughter of Donald Simpson, March 2003.
