Content and context

John Morley was born on 28 May 1914 in Rothwell, Northamptonshire. He was in business in Aden, 1935-1936, before joining the Colonial Service. His posts included Northern Nigeria, Eritrea during the British occupation, Singapore, Malaya and, lastly, the Gold Coast. He retired in 1956.

The autobiography of John Morley, written during the 1970s, 122 pages.
