Deirdre McMahon (b. 1953) was a scholar of Churchill College, Cambridge. She wrote 'Republicans and imperialists: Anglo-Irish relations in the 1930s' (New Haven & London, 1984).
An M.A. thesis for the National University of Ireland, University College, Dublin, 319 pages. The thesis is accompanied by a letter from McMahon at Churchill College, Cambridge, to Malcolm MacDonald, 29 September 1975, enclosing the thesis.
Purchased from Howes Bookshop, 1982. The thesis was formerly part of Malcolm MacDonald's library.
