E. Jerome Dyer (fl. 1893-1922) was the author of 'The routes and mineral resources of north western Canada' (London, 1898) and 'The gold fields of Canada and how to reach them' (London, 1898).

A paper read to the Royal Colonial Institute, 17 November 1896.

The typescript was presumably presented to the R.C.I. after the lecture in 1896.
