Collection of extracts from legal records of British Honduras. Some are copies, others appear to be original documents in the writing of Frederick's father, William Alexander Parker, Chief Justice of British Honduras.

Extracts and notes on inheritance law, insolvency, the royal prerogative, the power of the governor, the Vice-Admiralty Court, and the army officer and revolutionary, Edward Marcus Despard, who served as superintendent of Honduras, 1786-1790. There is also a report on the case of Rev. Matthew Newport vs. John Gough, public treasurer of British Honduras, printed in the 'Honduras watchman'.

2 Extracts from legal records. The first extract records Chief Justice Temple's charge to the jury during the trial of William Eustace Fitzgibbon, in Oct. 1847, for publishing an allegedly seditious libel in 'The Honduras Observer and Belize Gazette'. The second records Temple's charge to the jury during trials for murder in Aug. 1848. The file also contains an apprenticeship indenture, notes on Crown land, burial rights and serving summons, and shipping receipts.
