Vazirali Suleman Kaba was born in India on 20 January 1919. He settled in the West Nile District in 1951, where he made a living as a trader. His brother was Allibhoy Suleman Kaba (see RCMS 113/40/2).

Reminiscences written by Kaba in 1987 relating to his activities as a businessman and leader of the Asian and Muslim communities and his personal contacts with Idi Amin (17 pages). These are accompanied by a 1987 questionnaire containing personal information and details about Kaba's time in the West Nile District (5 pages) and correspondence, 1959-1988 (17 pages).
