Central Office of Information photograph collection

This collection covers events from the Colonial Exhibition of 1949 to the Festival of India in 1982. The majority of photographs relate to the Commonwealth Exhibition which toured the United Kingdom from its opening in Liverpool in November 1959 to its final showing in Bournemouth in November 1961.
