155 x 204 mm. His Highness the Sultan of Brunei, Sir Omar Ali Saifuddin (right), shakes hands with Britain's Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr. A. Lennox-Boyd (left) after they had initialled a draft agreement on a new Constitution for Brunei at the conclusion of the Brunei Constitutional talks in London. On the right can be seen one of a pair of Candelabra presented by His Highness the Sultan to Church House, Westminster, where the talks were held.
