Content and context

Walker Wheatley Davidson, born 1866 was of the F.M.S. Public Works Department. He either took this photograph or had it taken.

155 x 102 mm. Showing refugees camped on the river bank after the 1926 flooding. Exact location unidentified, but a note on the reverse (in a different hand to the original caption) states that it is probably at Bukit Besar.
