Walker Wheatley Davidson, born 1866 was of the F.M.S. Public Works Department. He either took this photograph or had it taken.

155 x 101 mm. A view looking along a flooded street in Kuala Trengannu [i.e. Terengganu], with the Public Works Department Offices (where the water level rose six inches above the floor in the store at the far end) at the right.
