Content and context

Walker Wheatley Davidson, born 1866 was of the F.M.S. Public Works Department. He either took this photograph or had it taken.

154 x 101 mm. A view looking across the Trengganu [i.e. Terengganu] River estuary at Kuala Trengannu, with three Europeans standing in the foreground. The flood waters are just beginning to encroach on the Harbour Office buildings, the floor of which was under 1 foot of water at the height of the flood.
