Walker Wheatley Davidson, born 1866 was of the F.M.S. Public Works Department. He either took this photograph or had it taken.

136 x 79 mm. A closer view of the flooded section of the road, taken a little later than the preceding print and with the flood level reached by December 29 marked by an arrow.
