Content and context

Will try to speak to the Cambridge Indian Majlis [see 1/178] after his debate with Dr Macnamara at the St Catherine's Debating Society. Has already agreed to give evidence to the Colwyn Committee, and will send a copy of it nearer the time. Intends to go with the Inter-Parliamentary Union to the United States this year, and encloses a copy of a letter he wrote to Dr Lange.
