Thinks that Thompson will not be reinstated and that [Frederick] Hankinson is expressing himself rashly on the subject. Asks Pethick-Lawrence to contact Hankinson on his behalf. Expects that the Socialist League will be 'put to flight' at the Southport conference. Has been working in the garden.
