WW is delighted with the inductive character which RJ's appendix gives to the book ['An Essay on the Distribution of Wealth, and on the Sources of Taxation: Part 1. - Rent', 1831]. WW has heard a great deal of 'indignation expressed' at Charles Babbage not printing his examinations by the young tutors and examiners.
