With 'the passing of the Corn Bill I suppose the existence of our Conservative Ministry must be drawing rapidly to a close, and I suppose with that the days of the present Parliament and this I suppose will set you at liberty'. RJ should therfore come and visit them in Lowestoft. Robert Peel's popularity is such that not one newspaper (accept perhaps the Globe) supports him: 'I suppose we shall have the election soon'.
