James Bryce, Leslie Stephen, Canon Gore, the Bishop of Bristol, Professor A.V. Dicey, Professor Maitland, Professor Marshall and Professor James Ward, as well as comments made by the Rev. J. Wardale and Professor Sorley. A motions proposed by Jebb that there be a memorial in Cambridge to HS was unanimously carried. |

| Refers to the meeting held on 26 November 1900 in Trinity College. at which it was decided to establish a memorial to HS in Cambridge, that a committee be appointed to raise a fund for this purpose, and that this committee shall decide in what manner the income of the fund is to be spent. Refers also to a meeting of the General Committee in the college on 24 January 1901, at which it was agreed that the money was to be spent on the establishment of a lectureship in moral science to be called the Sidgwick Lectureship. Lists the members of the General Committee, as well as the first subscribers to the memorial, along with the amounts subscribed. |
