Reports that the business matter she had written about in relation to Gertrude Dixon 'had meanwhile settled itself.' Claims that she cannot offer 'commonplace condolences' on the death of HS, who, she claims. '[i]n the breaking up of old foundations of morals' made her [Foxley] certain 'that personal holiness was still possible.'
