Tells NS to do whatever she likes with what he wrote about NS. Explains that it was originally 'a kind of protect...against some of Mr. Myers' words.' States that the '[ ]field time was certainly first after the vacation at Oban', and recalls C.H. Tawney bringing another man, when Tawney first came home from Oban, and HS coming a little later. Admits that he cannot recall how the tableau vivant question came up, but states that 'the Afghan costume wasnt [sic] the only time Mr. Sidgwick dressed himself up', and recalls having seen him walking about in the garden of a house they lived in in Glamorganshire in an enormous sun hat. Adds that he has not [touched] the [ ] because he agrees to whatever NS thinks.
