Mr L. C. Wild was a rifleman in the Rifle Corps 1914-1917.

These cassettes are recordings of conversations with Mr Wild about his experiences in World War I, 1914- 1917, including the Battle of the Somme (1916) and Paschendael (1917).

These cassettes were deposited at Churchill Archives Centre in 1983 by Mr A Jones..

The collection is owned by Churchill College.
