'Curaçoa', Hong Kong, 17 March 1883, including an enumeration of navy and army forces; accounts of the disposition, training and discipline of personnel; details of weaponry, transport, communications and factories; and accounts of the defences of principal Japanese ports. The copy may be incomplete, apparently lacking 'Appendix I'.
