Two copies of 'Translation of an Extract from a Treatise on the Science of Finance by Paul Leroy Beaulieu': an undated English translation of an extract from Paul Leroy-Beaulieu, 'Traité de la Science des Finances' (first published Paris, 1877). The extract is taken from vol. 2, p. 322 et seq., presumably from a subsequent edition of the work (1879 or later). The copies, 6 bifolios (tied together) and 7 bifolios (sewn together), are in different hands, one of which is identical to that of Parkes 16/6).
