Bernard, London; J.H. Keswick, Shanghai; W.J. Keswick, Shanghai; F.P. Lachlan, London and Shanghai; and J.J. Paterson, Hong Kong. The envelope is labelled 'Mr. F. P. Lachlan's terms of appointment. 31 August, 1937'.
