A bill of sale of the ship 'Bomanjee Hormasjee' from Heerjeebhoy Rustomjee, merchant, to David Jardine, both of Victoria, Hong Kong, dated Macao, 21 November 1843, with a mortgage deed by Rustomjee assigning the vessel to Jardine, Matheson & Co. as security for the deficit in his account with the company, dated Macao, 31 December 1841.
