Bill of sale of the 'Waldemar'. A draft of a bill of sale of the Danish ship 'Waldemar' from Nicholas Duns to Richard Markwich, Robert Edwards, Henry Skinner and Charles Markwich of Markwich Edwards & Co. of Canton. There is also a copy of a memorandum of agreement between Markwich, Edwards & Co. and Duns for the latter to command the 'Waldemar'. Both documents are undated.
