A copy of an unsigned note to Jardine, Matheson & Co. enclosing copies of evidence supplied about the grounding of the S.S. 'Rosang' at the mouth of the Yangtsze on 4 December 1883, and also discussing the incident. There is accompanying evidence of seven crew members, dated 31 December 1883.
