A document containing articles of partnership and a covenant for the payment of an annuity, agreed by William Keswick, James Johnstone Keswick, James Jardine Bell-Irving, Alexander Palmer MacEwen, Edward Fleet Alford, Sir Robert Jardine and Robert William Buchanan Jardine of Jardine, Matheson & Co., 20 February 1895, followed by a memorandum of 30 April 1901.
