1 Letters from John B. Compton. Copies of letters of March 1835-January 1837 and diary entries of July 1837. The letters are addressed to Compton's brother Charles Spencer Compton Jr, London, with the exception of one letter to Daniell & Dickinson, Liverpool, 20 October 1836, and one to F. Chambers, London, 26 November 1836. The volume also contains short notes of letters sent to other correspondents.
