Magniac, 12 December 1825; a note in William Jardine's hand giving instructions for the period of his absence from Canton, dated Canton, 20 May 1831; a memorandum prepared by James Matheson for Mr Ryan on Jardine, Matheson & Co.'s financial relations with the Hong merchants, Hong Kong, 23 September 1839; a notice by Augustine Heard & Co. of the despatch of the S.S. 'Hindustan' from Calcutta, Penang and Singapore, 9 April 1875; Arnhold Karberg & Co. on the 'Solent' from London, 1 September 1875; and Jardine, Matheson & Co. on S.S. 'Glenartney' from Singapore and London, 6 September 1875.
