Richard Burr of Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire, sells to William Cleydon of Dagnall, Edlesborough. certain land in Mowell Hill for the term of one year at a peppercorn rent, so that William Cleydon may be able to take a release of the premises. Witnesses: Richard Ashwell, John Sandon. A seal is attached.
