Content and context

Thomas Apprice sought against John Cock recovery of certain land in the above parishes. John Cock vouched to warrant Brian Richards. Brian Richards vouched to warrant John Cooke. The plaintiff sought leave to imparl, which was granted. Judgment was given against John Cooke by default. The plaintiff recovered.
